Online resources for Service Members and Veterans are growing. In this section, we highlight resources for managing distress, getting help, understanding PTSD, and understanding benefits on campus.

Managing Distress*
A congressionally mandated site specifically geared toward returning Veterans. Veteran teacher in classroom.Eighteen different topic areas are covered, with self-assessments and workshops for each topic.

Real Warriors*
Promotes the processes of building resilience, facilitating recovery, and supporting reintegration of returning Service Members, Veterans, and their families.

Mobile APP: PTSD Coach
A phone application that allows users to manage PTSD symptoms whenever and wherever they might be.

Department of Defense 24/7 Outreach Center*
The DoD outreach center provides 24/7 access to trained consultants with expertise in psychological health and traumatic brain injury. Consultants can be reached by phone, online chat, or email.

Veterans Crisis Line*
Veterans can chat live with a crisis counselor at any time of day or night. If a Veteran presents in crisis, please call 911, walk them to the nearest Emergency Room, or call 1-800-273-8255 (TALK) Veterans, press "1" (Spanish/EspaƱol 1-888-628-9454).

Moving Forward
Moving Forward is an interactive online course focused on problem solving. It was designed by the VA/DoD to help Servicemembers, Veterans, and their families move forward in their lives.
