Staff Resources

Clinician's Trauma Update-Online (CTU-Online):
Bimonthly email with summaries of clinically relevant research in the trauma field. Publications on other topics are included if the content has significant clinical implications.

Effective Treatment for PTSD Exists:
VA continues to work with experts at the National Center for PTSD to train providers in the best treatments available for PTSD.

The Return from the Warzone Guide:
This guide is to help military personnel understand what to expect when returning from a war zone, and to help them to better adapt back to home life..

1-800-273-8255 (TALK) Press "1" for Veterans. (Spanish/Español 1-888-628-9454). Veterans can chat live with a crisis counselor at any time of day or night. If a Veteran presents in crisis, please call 911, walk them to the nearest Emergency Room.

University Counseling Center Core Competency:*
The UC4 is Center of Deployment Psychology University Counseling Center Core Competency program, which is a full-day presentation designed to address the social, cultural, clinical, and campus-specific concerns of Service Members and Veterans. This program includes specific discussion of campus outreach and planning, and is appropriate for both clinical and non-clinical campus personnel.
